The subject of the order is the development of design documentation and execution of construction works in the design and build formula for the investment project entitled: Construction of home biological sewage treatment plants in the Klucze commune. 1. Scope of work design includes the development of: - Agreement on the location of home sewage treatment plants with property owners. - Preparation of geological research in the places of planned construction of each home sewage treatment plant. - Preparation of construction/design documentation technical for each home sewage treatment plant in accordance with applicable regulations. - Obtaining all arrangements/decisions required by law. - Water law notifications to the Polish Waters State Water Management for home sewage treatment plants or water permits if necessary. - Obtaining a permit to perform the works by submitting a notification with the required attachments to the Starosta of the Olkusz County and obtaining a certificate of no objection to the notification for each home sewage treatment plant. - Obtaining a building permit to carry out construction works if it is necessary...
