The subject of this order is design and execution of construction works for the investment entitled: "Construction of a high-parameter heating network with a network water pumping station, for the supply of heat from the Thermal Waste Conversion Installation in Opole at Podmiejska Street to the heating network "ECO S.A." The scope of the order also includes the design and construction of an electricity connection to the pumping station building. Additionally, the Contractor is obliged to obtain the right of disposal as part of the implementation of the entire subject of the order real estate for construction purposes, along with obtaining consent to regulate the legal status of heating infrastructure. The Contractor provides a guarantee and warranty for defects on the completed subject of the order for a period of 5 years from the date of signing the Final Protocol. acceptance of construction works.
