The scope of the subject of the order includes the development of multi-disciplinary design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates, along with obtaining on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party all administrative decisions and consents necessary to submit an application for a building permit for the construction of a U-3 category hiding place located in the center of Dubiecko, on plot no. 88. The designed facility will be a protective structure place of hiding category U-3, carrying out a task in the field of population protection and civil defense. When there are no threats, the facility will function as an underground parking lot (dual-use facility), while the above-ground part of the building will house a parking lot. ground.
