Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Health Center (Phase 2) at Barangay 5, SJOM
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and 93/100 Only (Php 499, 999.93) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Health Center (Phase 2) at Barangay 5, SJOM / sjom-infra-0030-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of the Works is required in 31 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
