1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2026 20% MDF / BF intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (₱ 230, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Health Center Extension at Brgy. General Malvar. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for Construction of Health Center Extension at Brgy. General Malvar using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the civil works is required 35 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
