Invitation to Bid for procurement of INRASTRUCTURE

1.The Municipality of Cateel, through the LGSF-SBDP Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO PESOS & 170/100 ONLY (PHP 4, 006, 882.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF HEALTH CENTER at Purok Panlikanan, Brgy. Aragon, Cateel, Davao Oriental with Project Identification Number INFRA-2024-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Cateel now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 days to complete the project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
