Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of an equipment warehouse building in Tursko Mae.2. The order must be performed in accordance with: a) Technical documentation, b) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works by STWiORB, c) material scope of the works order, 3. As part of the task, the Contractor will move the existing air conditioner (task 1B) to the place indicated in za. 1A (exact place to be agreed with the user).4. The attached technical documentation constitutes the basis for the execution of the works, 5. The attached scope of work orders - is of an auxiliary nature and does not constitute the basis for the valuation of works, 6. The Ordering Party makes changes in the electrical sector: - the change concerns the technical documentation, points 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 5.1 - in accordance with the annex, - the change concerns the graphic part of drawing No. E1 on drawing RYS_E1_replacement in accordance with the attachment, - the change applies to the new bill of quantities OSP_TURSKO_PRD in accordance with the attachment.7. All works should be carried out in accordance with applicable standards, building codes, occupational health and safety regulations, fire protection regulations, 8.
