1. The subject of the order is the construction of a hardened surface at Szkolna Street in Czeladź. Construction works will consist in dismantling the existing surface of asphalt concrete and concrete slabs, earthworks related to troughing, and then carrying out hardened surface made of aur concrete slabs on a crushed aggregate base with a frame using concrete curbs. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ Documentation.3. The subject of the order must be completed in accordance with the attached design documentation and in accordance with applicable regulations and construction practices.4. The required period of quality guarantee and warranty for the entire subject of the order is 60 months. Detailed terms of quality guarantee and warranty are specified in draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.5. The Ordering Party informs that it does not require the submission of an offer to be preceded by an on-site visit and does not envisage calling a meeting of Contractors in order to explanation of the content of the SWZ.
