Description : 1. The Province of Antique through the 20% Dev-t Fund-CY 2023 (Economic Dev-t Sector) to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Pesos and 10/100 (2, 909, 220.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Hanging Bridge, Brgy. Latazon, Laua-an, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
