Invitation to Bid for the project “Construction of Haliap Multipurpose Building”
1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Haliap, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund 2026 and Municipal CDD Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Five pesos and Fifty-Four Centavos (Php 1, 451, 965.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Haliap Multipurpose Building with Project Identification Number: BLGU HALIAP- 2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Haliap now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 63 calendar days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
