1) The BARANGAY LEMU SUR, ENRILE through the NO BARANGAY LEFT BEHIND PROGRAM (NBLB) OF THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT PESOS AND 60/100 (₱477, 488.60) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF GYMNASIUM CANOPY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BARANGAY LEMU SUR, ENRILE now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF GYMNASIUM CANOPY. Completion of the Works is required 30 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within 2 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
