Description : INVITATION TO BID

CONSTRUCTION OF GYMNASIUM

The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (3, 240, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the CONSTRUCTION OF GYMNASIUM from SGLGIF and Savings. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites potential bidders to submit bids for CONSTRUCTION OF GYMNASIUM. Bidder should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the above type and cost of the contract and have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC for the project.

The Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/Fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184 known as the Government Procurement Reform Act of 2009.
