The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-Region V (BJMP-RV), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Construction of Guardhouse with Sally Port at Mobo District Jail with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to One Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Seven Pesos and Ninety-Eight Centavos (Php 1, 890, 157.98) through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
