1) The subject of the order is a design and build task consisting in: a) Preparing design documentation together with obtaining the necessary opinions, arrangements and preparing materials for submitting an application for a building permit and obtaining other administrative decisions necessary to complete the subject of the order: Construction of a gravity-flow sanitary sewage system in the town of Kownaty, Torzym commune b) Carrying out construction works on the task in question based on the documentation designs developed by the Contractor, STWiORB accepted/approved by the Ordering Party and relevant legal provisions. 2) The scope of the order includes all necessary work to ensure the proper functioning of the new building. Not limiting the works listed therein, but in accordance with all other requirements specified in the attached Functional and Utility Program,
