Prospective bidders must have completed within three (3) years a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid and whose value must be at least Fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. However, in the case of Expendable Supplies, said single contract must be at least Twenty Five percent (25%) of the ABC. The Eligibility Check Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use a non discretionary -A"PASS/FAIL-A
