1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the Mayor's Office- Supplemental Budget #1 (Buildings), intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIVE PESOS ONLY (₱ 2, 326, 505.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF GOVERNOR-S OFFICE (Poblacion, Balamban, Cebu) Materials only. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF GOVERNOR-S OFFICE (Poblacion, Balamban, Cebu) Materials only. Delivery of Goods is required 60 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award.
