1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through the Livestock Program FY 2025 Continuing Funds intends to apply the One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php1, 980, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Goat House in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon with Project IB No. 2026-017-Infra/SSPC:
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in Eighty-Two (82) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within Five (5) years a contract similar to the Project.
