1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php4, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF GOAT HOUSE AT BRGY. BAO-YAN, BOLINEY, ABRA with Contract ID PGA-OPVET2026EDF(CO-BLDG)-CW02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
