1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines through GHQ Bid and Awards Committee 2 through the GAA FY 2025 (Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-One Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Six 52/100 pesos (PhP31, 883, 386.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of GHQ Armory of GHQ & HSC, AFP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The AFP through GHQ BAC 2 now invites bids for Construction of GHQ Armory of GHQ & HSC, AFP. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and Site Possession whichever comes late. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
