Tender Details

1. As part of the task, the following works will be carried out in the shell of the hall built in 2025 with POCiOL funds (only the structure with cladding of external walls and a roof): a bumper tile next to the hall and hardening of the area necessary for proper operation of the warehouse, section of the electrical installation from the existing meter cable on the plot to the electrical box and from the box to the fire protection switch. on the hall wall, installation of general lighting, 230V plug sockets and sockets 400V, photovoltaic installation on the roof of the hall and an energy storage facility enclosed with walls and ceiling and with doors to the storage room meeting fire protection requirements, installation of mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with a ventilation unit and heating of the hall with a duct system, 2 industrial garage doors, industrial floor in the warehouse room, stoneware floor in the technical room (energy storage room), painting of the facade and roof.
