1) The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital, through the Approved General Appropriation Act of 2025 under Hospital Facilities Enhancement Program Sub-Allotment Advice (SAA-2025-09-004535) & General Appropriations Act 2026 intends to apply the sum of 74, 836, 876.33 - Seventy-Four Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and 33/100 Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the General Hospital 4th And 5th Floor Phase 5 (2026-10). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital now invites bids for the Construction of General Hospital 4th and 5th Floor Phase 5 (2026-10) using Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid through Competitive Bidding. Completion of the project is required 360 (Three Hundred Sixty) Calendar Days upon Issuance of Notice to Proceed.
