1) The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Pesos and Ninety-Six Centavos (Php1, 499, 820.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Gender Sensitive Toilet Facility (Municipal Cemetery) - Phase 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
