1) The subject of the order is the development of complete design documentation along with obtaining the opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions required by law, and then performing construction works on the basis of this documentation in the field of small lowland retention facilities in the area Forest District Kup. Small retention means activities that improve the ability to collect water in small natural and artificial reservoirs and its damming in river beds, streams, canals and ditches for subsequent alimony to the environment.
