The subject of the order is "Construction of gates and damming thresholds in the Olesno Forest District - preparation of complete documentation, obtaining the required consents and carrying out construction works", based on the attached: Functional and Utility Program - "Execution design documentation and construction works for small lowland retention facilities in the Olesno Forest District - part I: Preparation of design documentation and construction works for the construction of gates and damming thresholds" in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. Small retention means activities that improve the ability to collect water in small natural and artificial reservoirs and its damming in river beds, streams, canals and ditches for subsequent alimony to the environment. The purpose of the investment construction works based on the design documentation will primarily focus on improving the moisture of forest soils, changing the unfavorable, rapid outflow of surface water from forest areas to a slower outflow, diversifying the elements of the forest ecosystem and beneficial impact on biodiversity. The subject of the order was divided into 5 parts (Packages). Pursuant to Art. 134 section 2 point 3 of the PZP, the Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for all 5 parts.
