1. The Municipality of Libertad, Antique through the LGU 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (P393, 475.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Gate and Guard House at University of Antique - Libertad Campus located in Brgy. Union, Libertad, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Libertad, Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 43 days.
