1) The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the SB# 3 CY 2024 (20% DEVELOPMENT FUND) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SISTY SIX PESOS and NINETY EIGHT CENTAVOS ( 3, 999, 466.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF GAS STATION AT THE CAPITOL COMPOUND, TUGUEGARAO CITY ( 2024-SB3/20%DF-8000-1-1-08-027-TUG- 055). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government Of Cagayan now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF GAS STATION. Completion of the Works is required within ONE HUNDRED TWENTY(120) Calendar Days.
