Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works in a residential building located on the property at ul. Pnocna 1. These works include: a) Construction of an internal gas installation along with the installation of dual-function gas boilers with a closed combustion chamber and kitchen / gas hobs, b) Installation of central heating and hot water installations along with the installation of radiators, c) Installation of air and flue gas chimney ducts for dual-function gas boilers, d) Installation of ventilation chimney ducts, e) Sealing of chimney ducts, f) Carrying out additional renovation and construction works listed in the bill of quantities, hereinafter referred to as Construction Work.2. Construction Works are an undertaking/investment consisting in changing the heating method of a residential building at ul. Pnocna 1.3. Detailed the scope of the subject of the order is included in: 1) Annex No. 1 Template of the contract, 2) Annex No. 1.1 Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ), 3) Annex No. 1.2 Technical and construction design, 4) Annex No. 1.3 of the Technical Specification (STWiORB), 5) Annex No. 1.4 Bill of quantities, 6) Appendix No. 7 of the Offer Form.
