Construction of a gas cogeneration system at MPEC Spółka z o. o. in Chełm 1. The subject of the order is the construction of a gas cogeneration system at MPEC Spółka z o. o. in Chełm. The order includes in particular the following elements: a)design, b) delivery, c) development, d)start-up, e) commissioning - sources of high-efficiency gas cogeneration consisting of two cogeneration units with a total thermal power of not less than 5, 000 kWt along with the entire accompanying infrastructure in Chełm at ul. Towarowa 9 (in the area of plots no. 30/1, 31/1, 32/1, 33/1), f) provision of service within the period specified in the terms of the order. 2. The subject of the order is specified in detail in the Subject Description Orders (OPZ) annexed to SWZ (Functional and Utility Program). 9. The Ordering Party envisages organizing an optional local inspection of the area where the subject of the order will be implemented. 10.The site visit will take place on July 30, 2026 at 10:00. Meeting place: the premises of the Ordering Party's headquarters at ul. Towarowa 9 in Chełm. 11. The Ordering Party asks Contractors interested in participating in the on-site visit to notify in advance their intention to come to the contact person: Mr. Andrzej Krasnowski, tel. 501 105 427. 12.
