Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the preparation of architectural and construction design documentation, industry projects (construction part and installations), cost estimate documentation, STWiOR, project visualization, obtaining a construction permit. The order includes is to develop design documentation for the above-mentioned task, covering the following tasks: 1) Preparation of cost and technical concepts for the location of the boiler room and technology for the Employer's approval 2) Construction Design with all arrangements and obtaining a decision allowing construction;3) Technical and Execution Designs, STWiORB, Bills of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates and ZZK;NOTE: during design, emphasis should be placed on the use of energy-saving solutions and devices (e.g. in lighting LED fixtures) and with low costs of use, maintenance and servicing (especially after the end of the warranty periods of individual elements.
