The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through the General Fund (AO #671) component of the SB approved Municipal Budget intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php3, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Garage/Parking with roofing of MDRRMO/LGU vehicles at LIETCO Barangay Rawis, Laoang N. Samar with Project Description (8.00m x 32.80m Garrage) / ITB- LNS 6-2026-INFRA-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
