1. The subject of the order is the construction of a garage for the Volunteer Fire Department in Dbrowa Rzeczycka.1.1. The scope of the task includes: earthworks, foundations, flooring, external and internal walls, roof structure, covering, gutters and necessary flashings. sheet metal work, carpentry and joinery elements, windows, doors and garage gates, construction of facades, construction of electrical, sewage and water connections and installations, execution of lightning protection installation, execution of finishing works, development and tidying up the area, putting the investment into use. 1.2. The contractor is obliged to secure the construction site against access by unauthorized persons, conduct works in a way that enables the performance of users' tasks throughout the period of works, and tidying up the property area. 2. Order completion date: up to 5 months from the date of signing the contract.3.
