Title of the task: Construction of a garage for a school bus. The subject of the task is: Construction of a garage for a school bus in the design and build formula based on a functional and utility program along with obtaining the necessary permits. Scope of work in accordance with the provisions documentation, the Contractor will perform all work necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order. The works should be performed in accordance with the tender documentation, PFU and in consultation with the Ordering Party. Additionally, the scope of work includes:1. Preparation of complete documentation design in accordance with applicable standards and construction law.2. Obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, administrative decisions and all arrangements described in the procedure documentation, PFU, and required by law.3.
