1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA 26-00332-LF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (PHP 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF GAD CENTER located at Bgy. Capayas, Dumaran, Palawan (Project Reference No: B2 GF CBGAD 26-05-039). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
