The City Government of Pasay, through the SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Nine Million Nine Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Six Pesos & 58/100 (Php 179, 988, 976.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Four (4) Storey - Twelve (12) Rooms School Building and Other Facilities including provision of Solar Panel System at PASAY CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (PCNHS) - Phase 1, Pasay City.
