1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund (Supplemental Budget No. 1) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Sixty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Sixty-One Pesos and 99/100 (₱2, 069, 161.99), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Construction of Four (4) Security Outpost at Provincial Capitol Compound, Brgy. Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Notice of Award (NOA) will only be issued to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) when the fund is downloaded to the Provincial Government of Batangas.
