1. The subject of the order includes the creation of a publicly accessible, attractive recreation space around the building of the former Granary in the town of Ka. The project includes construction works related to the construction of a round fountain (1 piece) made of sandstone with 6 meters in diameter. The fountain will be equipped with water jets and a spot and peripheral lighting system, which will ensure an attractive appearance both during the day and after dark. The area around the fountain will be developed by hardening the surface and construction of walking paths that will enable comfortable movement and relaxation in the surroundings of the newly designed space. Scope related to work on the fountain: technical room, reinforced concrete chamber 1 piece, paved areas 445 m2, water connection meter connection 1 pc. - 1 set, energy connection meter connection 1 pc. 1 set, outdoor lighting - garden lanterns 8 pcs.; protective pipes between the fountain and the technical room 48 m, other works (mechanical land clearing with bulldozers 700 m2; construction of lawns by sowing and fertilizing - 700 m2); planting trees, shrubs and low greenery in accordance with the document Green design...
