Tender Details

1. The subject of the construction project is the construction of a forest road with the number DSD 06180008 in the Ruda forestry, approximately 997 m long. The investment is located in the Dzkie Voivodeship, Skierniewice County, the area of ​​the Skierniewice commune, on plots belonging to the Investor no. 307/1201, 312/1201, 313/1200, 314/1200.2. The material scope is determined by the bill of quantities and the overhead cost estimate, while the work technology is determined by the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works. 3. The Ordering Party indicates that in the event of determination by the contractors discrepancies between the individual documents constituting the project documentation should be guided first by the construction design, then the detailed design and then the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works, and finally bill of quantities. The Contractor is obliged to notify the Ordering Party about any disclosed discrepancies in the documentation, including design documentation. 4.
