1) The Barangay Local Government of Manlot, Municipality of Carles, Province of Iloilo through the Annual Budget Appropriations (20% Development Fund 2026) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (Php 200, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Footwalk Purok 1 to Purok 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government of Manlot, Municipality of Carles, Province of Iloilo now invites bids for the Construction of Footwalk Purok 1 to Purok 2. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
