Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Footpath at San-epon, Bashoy
1) The Barangay of Bashoy, through the 20% BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos and Forty Centavos (PhP280, 828.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Footpath at San-epon, Bashoy located in Bashoy, Kabayan, Benguet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay of Bashoy now invites bids for construction of footpath. Completion of the Works is required 35 calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
