1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2026 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTBRIDGE WITH SOLAR STREET LIGHTS, BARANGAY PONDANG, DARAM, SAMAR - Project ID No.: JUL02-2026-147. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
