1) The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur], through the 20% LDF, CY 2026] intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Six Pesos and 58/100 (PhP1, 499, 986.58] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Construction of footbridge), Salvacion, Pasacao, Camarines Sur]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur] now invites bids for [Construction of Footbridge]. Completion of the Works is required [150 CD].
