Invitation to Bid for Construction of Footbridge (Phase 2)



1) The Local Government Unit of Tabango, Leyte, through the AIP 2026 - 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Footbridge (Phase 2) at Sitio Sangay, Brgy. Gimarco, Tabango, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Local Government Unit of Tabango, Leyte now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required within 75 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
