TINOC-2026-056
1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY-2026-20% LDF 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Five Pesos and Ninety-Five Centavos (Php 286, 945.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTBRIDGE AT DENGAO, AHIN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids fo CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTBRIDGE AT DENGAO, AHIN. Completion of the Works is required until 47 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
