1) The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur], through the 20% LDF, CY 2026] intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Four Pesos and 71/100 (PhP999, 984.71] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Construction of footbridge), Quitang, Pasacao, Camarines Sur]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur] now invites bids for [Construction of Footbridge]. Completion of the Works is required [150 CD]. Bidders should have completed, within [3 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
