Rita, through 2026 LGU funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Ph1, 000, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTBRIDGE @ Brgy. Hinangutdan, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
