1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in accordance with the assumptions of the project entitled "Demolition of existing buildings and structures with infrastructure and construction of a football training center with land development and infrastructure technical for plot no. 50/9, 50/4, 50/6, 34/1 rev. 24, section no. 1 rev. 22, at al. Siberians in Olsztyn” /CPV code: 45000000-7/. 2. Taking into account the provisions of Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right, consisting in extending the order by implementing the scope of the order including, among others: construction of a second full-size football pitch with a synthetic grass surface (including drainage, lighting and the scope of works indicated in application to the Minister of Sport and Tourism for co-financing an investment project under the program for the construction of full-size football pitches - 2025 Edition), 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and its size and scope are specified in the Specification Terms of the Order and in the annexes to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party envisages awarding similar contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract.
