a) A full-size football pitch with a synthetic grass surface, with an area of approx. 8, 050.00 m2. A pitch measuring 115m x 70m inside the outskirts. The surface system consists of three elements: artificial grass, infill and mat. Shock absorbing mat placed directly on a foundation made of stone aggregates. The grass must be covered with quartz sand and EPDM granules. The lines are white, 12 cm wide, pasted. The surface system assumes a 4045 mm fiber, the use of a shock-absorbing mat min. 10 mm and filling (quartz sand + EPDM granules), and the entire structure was made on an aggregate base in accordance with the design cross-section. The documentation indicates extensive quality and documentation requirements for the paving system (test reports, declarations of conformity, requirements regarding maintenance and manufacturer's authorization) to ensure the durability and performance parameters of the pitch. b) Construction of a single-story sports facility building without a basement, located on the northern side of the pitch, with a brick structure, a single-slope roof and attic, along with a complete set of construction, finishing, installation and connection works as well as land development necessary...
