In the case of the existing building, the roof structure and all load-bearing structures in the building will be demolished. Furthermore, new holes will be demolished in the supporting a peripheral structures according to the project documentation. An opening for the newly designed staircase will be demolished in the ceiling structure of the 1st floor. The foundation structure will remain the same, new foundation strips will be built for the stairs, supporting column and supporting wall. It will be further insulation of the building was carried out and opening fillings were replaced, new water and electricity distribution systems were carried out.
