The LGU - Barangay Paratong, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos only (Php 160, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION FOOT BRIDGE (Construction of Concrete Foot Bridge w/ Street Light)- Brgy. Paratong, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 24-01-Infra-Paratong. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
