The subject of the order is the construction of a foil tunnel on the premises of the Exercise Workshop at the Agricultural and Construction School Complex in Leszno in accordance with the scope and provisions resulting from the SWZ together with its annexes. Dziaka no. 481/4, obrb 0001, 0002 Leszno, unit. record: 306301_1 is not located in the protection zone conservation area W. It is located outside the urban planning of the city of Leszno from the 14th to the 19th century, entered into the register of monuments under the registration number: 975A of August 20, 1985. The owner of the plot is the City of Leszno. The plot in question is partially developed with buildings related to agriculture. Most of you, thanks constitutes arable fields. The plot has connections to the water supply, sanitary sewage and electricity networks. Access to the plot area - unchanged - existing from the provincial public road no. 432, ul. Osiecka in Leszno. A building permit has been obtained for the planned investment: Decision No. 63/2026 z on April 13, 2026 - Appendix No. 7 to SWZ.
